WHAT IS THE CORRECT CALORIC INTAKE FOR A GAL LIKE ME? I DON'T THINK I KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO COUNT CALORIES, HOW DO I COUNT HOMEMADE FOOD? I ALMOST THINK COUNTING CALORIES ISN'T FOR ME. I DON'T THINK ITS HOW MUCH I EAT, BUT MORE LIKE WHAT I'M EATING. DOES THIS SOUND RIGHT?

ReplyDeleteThis is a good little chart to go buy.. it says if you're trying to loose weight you should cut your calorie count by 500 a day . I think counting gets easier as you do it .. I wouldn't stress over knowing exactly how many calories you eat but just start by maybe counting the ones that are available to you.. so any packaged stuff you eat. I think it just makes you more aware of how many calories are in certain things
I think Jordan's advice was perfect. Yes! Focus on eating healthy Jos. Counting cals can help you be aware of better alternatives too
