day 7

my legs and upper back are still extremely sore from Yoga, who would have thought.
so i didnt wake up early to go to the gym.


Breakfast-
Special K cereal with 1% milk (always the milk of choice)
2 pieces of toast with honey.

Snack- apple

Lunch-
Costa Vida burrito
yogurt

Din Din-
cooked potatos and carrots
... Kirts fries, i was still hungry




 here is the thing, when you work out you get hungier and you need more food. i suck at balancing it out
