worked the midsection today and ran 1 mile incline

french toast big glass o milk
snack-
fiber one bar
snacky snack-
Dr pepper (dont judge me, the power went out at work and it was bad.. i needed it to keep sane)
lunch-
half turkey sandwich
hard boiled egg
sea salted almonds
3 little cookies
Dinner-
chicken pillows!
edemame
sunflower nuts and craisens.
You are great!! And a little chef apparently. I like this whole thing because I get to learn what you make in your cute house
