i did terrible this day, but in my defense i was in vegas for work at a big sign expo all day and i didnt have much choice

LARGE COKE ( i needed a pick me up it was 730 in the friggin morning)

candy i came across at some of the booths

potato wedges
Mountain Dew (i needed another pick me up? it was 3 in the afternoon!!)

SOME BOMB SUSHI AT A BOMB RESTAURANT IN MANDALAY BAY

im on my period which means i hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate poker night, i lost 20 bucks tonight to a pile of douche bags.. used douche bags, and then i have to come upstairs with a load of dirty dishes and no husband and bunch of dudes downstairs being loud as shit. again can you tell im on my period, and now im just venting and proably not speaking english. i think it pisses me off so much because heaven forbid i have more than 1 friend that lives close enough to cook with or play mortal combat with me. its 1028 i dont have to work tomorrow till 1230 and im not tired. i could read my book im really into (water for elephants, which is really good by the way) but ill read it too fast and then spend 2 whole days not reading (which is my out) because i cant find another book to read.. blah blah blah

married advice number 1- marry someone who knows how to clean up after himself.. wont he be suprised when he see's his cup, bowl, and napkin in our safe.
i've been having this recent obsessions with wearing slippers and being disgusted with my sweaty feet after work by stepping on carpet and getting little hairs and dust bunnies on my feet

2 mile run this morning

2 cookies an half empty cup of milk
today was an "out of it type of day" that i couldn't seem to shake. it took me about 3 hours to get into the groove at work. i even went to bed at 11 last night (much earlier than usual) i think its because i woke up to my alarm in the middle of me telling my mother in-law to get in the car and ill drive her home so she wouldnt have to take the bus, and that's never good, i knew right when i awoke it was going to be like this today, but i thought it would get better doing a little yogging, but it didn't. on the bright side i wasn't ornery when i got home and usually i am.

so i didnt wake up early to go to the gym.

Yoga this morning! not Bikram but just some good old Yoga

lunnch- with jordy! we went to Gandolfo's and had sangwiches and i had some chips.. and i had some cake(i realize i dont normally eat cake, but this is the most delicious cake you will ever eat).
dinner- we cooked us some steaks, baked potato, and asparagus
Dessert- 2 cookies

I get teary eyed when im feeling frustrated and anxious as most of us do and i went in the bathroom and cried today, i would have thrown things if there was things to throw :(. but now im hangin out with my best buds, listening to Florence and the Machines, sitting cuddled up on a papa'zan.

Herbs for Health
sweet little store here in the heart of Ogden. Really nice owner too! there is a scale there that will tell you BMR BMI Fat% Fat Mass and how much hydration you have in your body. Guess what i learned? STRESS IS BAD of course i always knew that (just like i always knew that death is the number one killer in the UK ((mayhem)). Its bad both physically and mentally. you know when you look in the mirror or put them skinny jeans on and you have a hard time buttoning them up due to the tire you apparently have swallowed and cant get rid of. STRESS is why you cant get rid of it! stress and blood sugar. Since i cant, in most cases, control my stress level (i blame customers and co-workers) he recommended these sweet, but very costly ($50) vitamins, i can't for the life of me of course remember what its called but my next pay check guess what im purchasing? YES the unknown vitamin! he told me they would help my balance out that silly hormone that gets produced when stressed and BAM there goes the tummy. TBC

WHAT IS THE CORRECT CALORIC INTAKE FOR A GAL LIKE ME? I DON'T THINK I KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO COUNT CALORIES, HOW DO I COUNT HOMEMADE FOOD? I ALMOST THINK COUNTING CALORIES ISN'T FOR ME. I DON'T THINK ITS HOW MUCH I EAT, BUT MORE LIKE WHAT I'M EATING. DOES THIS SOUND RIGHT?
